Giving us access without sharing passwords

Please don’t send us your passwords in an email or a message. Most services let you add another person with their own login, which is safer for you and easy to undo later. Your account stays yours, and you can remove us at any time.

Your Google Business Profile

Google lets an owner add managers. Open your Business Profile, find the settings menu, then People and access, and add our email address as a manager. Google moves its menus around now and then, so if you can’t find it, we’ll walk you through it on the phone.

Facebook and Instagram

Your Facebook Page settings let you give a person access to the Page with their own Facebook account, and choose how much they can do. Instagram accounts connected to the Page can be shared the same way.

Your domain name

Many registrars, the companies you pay for your domain, let you invite someone with their own login. GoDaddy calls this delegate access. If yours doesn’t offer it, we’ll find another way that keeps the account in your name.

When there’s no other way

Some services only allow one login. For those, we can sign in together while you’re with us, or set up a password manager that shares the login without anyone sending it in a message.

When we stop working on something, we’ll tell you, and you can remove our access. We’ll help you check that nothing was left behind.

Still stuck, or would rather talk it through? Get in touch and Justin or Lukas will help.
