In the tools we set up, anything that speaks for your business, like a reply, a quote or a review response, waits as a draft until you or your staff send it. Reading a draft is usually quick. Here’s what to look for.
Check these every time
- Facts. Dates, times, prices, names and headcounts. These are where a tool is most likely to slip.
- Promises. Anything it offers that you wouldn’t, like a discount, a refund or a time you can’t make.
- Tone. Whether it sounds like you. Change a word or two if it doesn’t.
- The person. A regular, a complaint or a sensitive situation may deserve a call instead. That’s always your choice.
When it keeps getting something wrong
If a draft is wrong the same way twice, tell us. It usually means the tool is missing information, like a new price sheet or a changed policy, and that’s a quick fix.
