There are three kinds of cost, and we keep them apart so it’s clear where your money goes.
One-time work. Building a website, setting up an automation, a custom tool. A price agreed in writing before we start, for a scope we wrote down together.
Ongoing care. A monthly fee to us for a written list of what’s included, like hosting, updates, small changes and keeping your listings right.
Other companies’ services. Your domain, email, booking software, AI usage and payment fees. These usually bill your card directly. If one has to come through us, it shows as its own line.
If something on a bill doesn’t make sense, ask. We’d rather explain a line than have you wonder about it.
